About Our Practice

Psychologists and school psychologists are both experienced in diagnostics and assessments. They differ because psychologists specialize in diagnosis and treatment planning in clinical settings and general practice, and school psychologists work to be fluent in diagnosis and assessment related to educational and career planning.

Our approach is that we work to tailor proven treatments to your lifestyle. We use research-supported techniques, while keeping the practical limitations of these methods in view. Our practitioners prefer cognitive-behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy, and family therapy models are used when a client decides to incorporate this approach into their treatment plan.
